An extra restaurant costs €39 a month. Paying yearly, you pay €490. All amounts exclude VAT. Voice AI is a separate add-on. For online payments, your payment provider charges its own fees.
It checks the same diary as your widget and puts the booking straight into Servetta. It can change and cancel bookings too. It answers questions about times, parking and groups on its own. If a caller asks for a member of staff, it transfers the call. It speaks Dutch and English.

30 days free, without a credit card. You do not have to cancel anything: if you do not choose a plan, the trial simply ends. If you choose a plan during the trial, you only pay for the plan once your trial is over. With iDEAL or Bancontact, or if you let Mollie choose, you confirm your mandate once, with a payment of one cent.
Yes. On monthly billing you cancel per month. If you pay per quarter or per year, your subscription runs to the end of that period. You can always export your guest data, even if you stop.
Yes. Servetta goes on your existing website as a booking button. You paste one snippet of code, or put your booking link behind a button you already have.
In Servetta, under Settings → Booking widget, you find the code and a direct link. If someone else runs your website, you forward the instructions in one click. If your site cannot take code of its own, use the link.
Yes. You add phone and walk-in bookings to the same overview yourself. That way the website never books a table that is already gone. Online booking comes on top; your phone keeps working as it always has.
Not everything, and not automatically. We import your guests (name, phone, email) and table numbers from a suitable export. We move your upcoming bookings across by hand, together with you. Allergies, notes and visit history do not come across. We agree in advance what can and cannot.
Not from us. Deposits and gift cards run through your own Mollie account. Mollie charges its own rate per payment; you pay that to Mollie, not to us.
You do. You can export it in one click, even if you stop. We have no consumer app and no marketplace that sends your guests to other restaurants.
Yes. The service overview with timeline, list and floor plan is made for the iPad. You work by tapping and dragging. On phone and computer you see the same bookings.
You do not need a credit card. Unless you say yes, the trial ends by itself.
