Fewer no-shows, without distrusting your guests.
A deposit only where you ask for one, a reminder with a link to cancel themselves, and a count per guest that shows who stayed away before.
01
A deposit where you ask for one.
Rule by rule: from a party size, on certain shifts or days, per person or per booking, or the full price up front. The guest pays when booking, through your own Mollie account. We charge nothing on top.
Rule · Saturday, 6 or more
Until when it can be refunded is set per rule.
02
A reminder with a link to cancel.
Every guest with an email address gets a confirmation and, by default a day ahead, a reminder with a link to change or cancel themselves. So a table comes back instead of standing empty. If you want to be sure, switch on the question whether the guest is still coming, two or three days ahead.
Reminders · Friday
A cancelled table is back in your widget almost at once.
03
Who stayed away before, you see coming.
Mark a no-show and it counts against the guest. From two, the profile gets a label, and the Today screen shows who is coming tonight with that history. Reporting puts your no-show rate beside the same period before.
Guests · no-shows
A label is a warning, not a block: the guest can still book.
Worth knowing
Nothing is charged automatically on a no-show: a deposit stays with you, and refunding takes one click from the booking. Your payment provider charges its own rate.
