Your team adds a guest with party size, preferred time and contact details. When nothing is left online, a guest can add themselves from your widget. If that evening does not work, one message suggests another time.

When a table comes free, the list is searched for who fits.
On a cancellation or a no-show, the waiting list is searched straight away on time and party size. The best fit appears as a suggestion on the Today screen; one tap and the offer goes out. If you would rather nobody had to tap, switch on automatic sending.

The offer holds the table for twenty minutes.
The guest opens the link and confirms. The booking is on the timeline at once and the confirmation goes out by itself. If the guest does not answer in time, the table comes free for the next one. With nobody on the list, the table is bookable online again almost at once.

Worth knowing
An offer goes by email to guests who were already on your list. For anyone who left no email address, you see the suggestion on the Today screen and call them yourself.
