Every request arrives in the same place.

Widget on your site: 18 seconds from click to confirmation, no account. It takes your styling, as a button or embedded, Dutch and English. Guests change or cancel themselves through the link in their email.
Booking link: One link for your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp and email signature.
Telephone and walk-in: Name, party, time. Three fields, the table is chosen. Walk-ins with one tap on the floor plan.
Shifts, sittings and pacing: Lunch, dinner, brunch, drinks: their own times, their own duration per party size. A cap on covers per quarter of an hour. Block an evening, hold tables back.
Groups: Above a size you choose, the request comes to you. Confirm with one tap or propose an alternative.
Confirmations and reminders: Email straight away, SMS the day before, a re-confirmation for large tables. You write the texts yourself.

Floor plan: Draw the room, the terrace and the private space. Drag a guest to another table and the timeline follows. You keep several layouts and publish one.
Timeline: Every table a lane, every booking a block. Overruns, gaps and double bookings are visible in advance.
Waiting list: Name, party, phone number. When a table frees up the guest gets an SMS with a link that expires. Order and waiting time live.
Automatic table assignment: The best table by size, duration and what is still to come. You can always overrule it.
Statuses: Expected, arrived, seated, main course, paying, left, no-show. One tap and the whole team sees it.
Notes per service: "Chef off sick, slower pace." Visible to everyone working tonight.

Guest profile: Visits, preferences, allergies, notes. Built up from bookings, filled in by your team.
Tags and segments: Regular, large table, terrace, business, birthday in June. Segments fill themselves.
Feedback: One email the next morning, three questions. Anything negative lands with you. If it is positive, the guest is asked to put it on your review page or on Google.
Public review page: Only reviews from guests who actually sat down. Embeddable on your own site.
Campaigns: Pick a segment, write an email, choose a moment. You see the result as bookings, not as opens.

Deposit: Per shift, per party size, or only on holidays. An amount per person, settled automatically on a no-show or a late cancellation.
Tickets: A set menu, a wine evening or a Christmas dinner as a ticket paid up front. Places, price, text: ready in five minutes.
Gift cards: The guest buys online and gets a PDF in your styling. You see the balance and every redemption.
€0 transaction fees from us: Mollie or Stripe charges its rate. We charge nothing.

Roles: Owner, manager, floor, read-only. Who may see prices, who may delete, who may export.
Several restaurants: One login, switch between them. Second restaurant €39.
Reporting: Covers per service, occupancy per time slot, no-show rate, where bookings came from, returning guests. Exportable.
Export: Guests and reservations as CSV, in one click, always.

API and webhooks for your till, your bookkeeping or your newsletter. Payment provider: Mollie and Stripe.

Reserve with Google: Not connected. You do get a booking link to put in your Google Business Profile.
Till integrations: No till is directly connected yet. The API exists, the ready-made integration does not.
Working offline: Servetta needs the internet. If your connection drops, the workspace drops with it.
A change log you can read: We record every change, but you cannot inspect it yourself yet. Ask us and we will send it.
