Who is coming, who is waiting, which table comes free. On one screen.

Guest list, timeline and floor plan in one workspace for iPad, phone and desktop. What one person changes, the other sees at once, and the allergy is in the list instead of behind a tap.

01

A table running over shows before the next guests are at the door.

On the timeline every table is a bar and every booking a block. A table running over stands out, and per quarter hour you see how many guests arrive and how many are seated.

02

Move by dragging. Double booking is not possible.

Drag a booking to another table, on the timeline or on the floor plan. If that table is taken, the move is refused and the table is named. A walk-in goes in with a few taps or one key.

Everyone sees the same, on every device.

What the host changes on the iPad is on the manager’s phone at once. Put it on your iPad’s home screen and it opens full screen; a new booking or cancellation arrives as a push notification.
